For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Well, I've nearly made it :victory:
And it's weird, waiting for hubby to get home so I can start dinner, and I'm NOT ravenous and and wanting to attack the fridge
I've kept up with the water etc today, so have managed to stave off the dreaded headache
After my initial panic this morning, I'm feeling really up beat with this. Looking forward to my next fast day already!!! :cool:

Well done - I am on my 3rd fast so know how you feel about the first fast day! I also drink a lot of water and that helps me. The day after the fast I found I ate more healthily too because I didn't want to undo the good work of the fasting day! Well done and keep it up!

Well done!! Its nearly over for me too! Are you fasting tomorrow as well?! I am fasting thurs as couldn't manage 2 days in a row!
Isn't it surprising how easy it actually is. When you are on a "diet" and watching and weighing your food it seems you're always starving. This program is so easy. I love how you feel less bloated on the days of the fast.

I'm fasting partly Thursday, it was my planned 2nd fast but I'm going to strada in the evening, so will do planned all day fast but make sensible choices when I'm out
Probably a fish dish and only 1 glass wine with soda
If it all goes terribly wrong, I'll fast Friday!!! LOL

Saying this though, I'm not at all hungry this morning!! Just had a yogurt for breakfast and feel really full!!!
