Hi everyone
Hubby and I have have just started the 5:2 diet today, hubby has decided he wants to do the two fast days together, he says he'd much prefer to get it out the way although I'm not convinced! Anyway we've done day 1 and I'm off to bed soon and pleased to say we're not feeling too bad at all!
Previously I tried (on my own - hubby not up for it !) a full days fast once each week and felt loads better for it but found the fast day very difficult, the 500 calories a day is definitely very much easier. :smile:

You can do two days at once. Nothing wrong with that. I can see hubby's point of view. Try it and see how it works out. You can always modify!

Thats what I like about 5:2 - it's so adaptable! I like to do one day at a time, so then I can focus on it just being one day.
