Hello everyone! Well this is my first day on here, I was having a wee nosey yesterday, my friend told me about this diet so I have decided to give it a try! I'm going to use MFP to track and normally eating below 1500 cals a day but getting nowhere so im hoping this kick starts those scales into moving! My first fast day is tomorrow im a little nervous actually because I love food but really need to lose 1.5 stones for my wedding next year but want to lose the pounds over the next few months so I can go wedding dress shopping J

Welcome to the forums!! I understand being nervous, but by the end of the day you'll realize it's not that big of a deal :-)

Thanks for your replies!
Its only 10.23 and i feel the hunger pangs already :starving:
I had an apple so far but ive planned out all my days eating so im sure i will be fine :smile:
Im still nervous but very excited to see what the next week brings and looking forward to actually accomplishing my first fast :grin:
