fast day no.2

Well here we go with fast number 2.
Feel ok today, almost still full from yesterday, was VERY bloated yesterday afternoon and evening after a "normal" food day
Hoping after a week or so things will settle down and I don't get that way on every feed day
I'm going through till dinner, as I did this Tuesday and found it ok, but today may not be a strictly good fast day, as I have a belated birthday dinner tonight, but I have a plan! It's only strada, so I can choose a fish or chicken dish and water down a small wine with soda, just have to avoid a pud!!!
Wish me luck!!!!!!
Weigh in will be Sat morning, so we'll see how that goes.....nit going to read too much into that though as its only first week, and don't most things take a week to affect your body correctly?

I'm fasting today too 3rd one!! I think weighing yourself after first week is a good idea as it will motivate u more I think the first few weeks its high losses then slows down like with any diet. Good luck today - we can do it!
Ps - it's that women time for me so I am feeling irritable anyway :-(
