I've been reading a bit about it and I'll start after I've seen the show in case I can pick up a few more pointers..
I have been doing the Weightwatchers program but it's a bit of a pain tracking and I always seem to be hungry..
This one might be more manageable..
And FYI those who are familiar with propoints and like myself have no clue on calories..
500 calories equals 13PP
