fasting today .....

hi everyone, have started second ' serious' fast day today - not feeling too bad but am such a grazer and was wondering what the typical day would be on a fast day ... so far had nothing for breakfast and am having a slim a soup - 56 cal and a chopped apple, carrot and celery stick...any ideas will be great ... thanks x

It's my third fast today and I am finding it easier than my second fast. I have had a few flavoured green teas and a coffee with a dash of milk. Got some chopped celery and carrot for lunch and one of those rice crispie square bars for later on if I get desperate. Then tonight I am going to have 2 eggs and 2 slices wholemeal toast.

Alot of people on here have said to me not to beat myself up if I have 600-700 cals its still fasting and as its can easier we can reduce

Hi there!! This is my very first fast day, i to am a grazer so have decided to divvy my cals over the day otherwise i may fail!!
So just an apple for breakfast, ww soup for lunch and chicken salad for tea - was really hungry this morning but to be fair i have forgotten what hungry feels like, the first sign of any pang i just eat :lol: So im drinking loads of water and flavoured tea which is all i drink anyway so that part is easy

2nd fast day of the week for me today. I have a feeling it's going to be a rough one. I think I ate a bit light yesterday so will no doubt suffer for it today on my fast day. I'm going away for a long weekend and am trying to bank some calories toward all the eating and drinking that will occur! :wink:
