Only just found that this forum actually exists, I started the 5:2 diet earlier on in the week with my first fast being on Monday, today being my second fast! It's going well so far, I've been having a few fruit drinks spread out through the day on fast days just to keep my hunger pangs down as well as drinking a lot of water.
It might just be my perception but I already feel like I've lost inches around my stomach, haven't actually measured though but considering I'm only on my second fast day, I probably haven't
