I have just finished my sixth fast day or i will do after tonights dinner and I wiil weigh tomorrow. Bizzarely i'm not sure about a loss but I can feel a change in my body which is great, I just don't feel as puffy around the waistline.
As many do I just cant go all day surviving on drinks alone until my evening meal so i spend my day as always topping myself up with black coffee, green tea, water or herbal teas whichever takes my fancy. I nibble on either celery, cherry toms or cucumber (all weighed) a soup or stir fry for lunch and dinner tonight will be a Quorn cottage pie with lots of fresh veg and i will still have cals left for an Options hot choc this evening.
I must admit that on other diets I have lost weight faster than this but I have decided that maybe its just not the best way and this is more maintainable. After all 2 days a week is not bad at all.
I have read some great posts on here and recipies and blogs. Some fab inspiration from you ladies and gents!
