If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Ok, if you had told me on March 25th that, in less than one month, I will have lost 10.2 pounds and 4 inchs, I would have thought you insane. Never, ever have I lost this much this quickly - ever! It has always take me months to lose 10 pounds! 2 days fasting, 5 days eatings sensibly (some cheats, too!) and exercising almost daily which I want to do because I am seeing results so quickly. I am so encouraged! If you are just starting, commit to it to lose it which will mean going the extra mile (Eating sensibly and exercising) but the results will make you want to keep it up!
