Just thought I would introduce myself. New to all this but thought what a great idea!! reducing calories for 2 days! surely that can not work. Well just completed my second fast yesterday and although was really hungry both fast days felt yesterday slightly easier, but the big difference for me this morning is how much energy I seem to have

Doing this not to just loose weight but also for health benefits, I have high blood pressure and cholesterol.
Also can I ask when is best time to weigh yourself? I was thinking once per week but what day?. Is it best after a fast day? or does it not really matter. I fast Monday Thursday so was thinking Wednesday morning.
