If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

I'm not having a very positive fast day today :cry:

It's not been helped by finishing off the week's food shopping online to get delivered tomorrow

I now cannot stop thinking about food !! :curse:

Plus, being a friday, it's not terribly busy at work - grrrr! :bugeyes:

I've got a lovely dinner to look forward to, but i just hope i don't cruble when the sandwich lady turns up at 1.30!! Am hiding purse as we speak!!!

Just made a ginger tea, so that will keep me giong for a little while.

My 3rd fast was a nightmare!

Fear not though, this too shall past. Have a little something eat of you need it.
I've got a options hot choc in the drawer for emergencies, will try and last till about 3.30 and then might have that ........

You don't really want a manky old sandwich from the sandwich lady, you want your delicious dinner tonight much more.
Can you go out for a walk, window shopping possibly?

An emergency hot chocolate is always a good idea, try having it in 2 halves, one at 3.30 one a bit nearer home time
Hi lulabella, just wanted to say, you can do it. Just remember, it is only one day. I hope it gets easier as the day goes on. :clover:

It's my 1st weight tomorrow morning - not expecting much, as i know this is a journey not a fast fix (sorry about the punn!LOL!!)
Hope the sandwich lady walked on by!
Try keeping an oxo cube in your drawer too, as sometimes your body is looking for the salt.
I nearly always have this in the afternoon & even manage to convince myself I'm having my lunchtime soup!

Good luck with weigh in tomorrow, I'm sure you will be pleasantly surprised.
