If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!
Sounds like you are doing great. There are several people on maintenance already, so there is already good feedback coming in on this front.

I too am a novice with forums! I have taken the plunge.
There have been times when I doubted if my OH ( who is not querying anything) I were on the right track in spite of doing so well. The forum discussions show we all have questions. My particular learning curve has been about the normal days and what " feast" means with my usual tendency to go overboard. Still enjoy treats and indulgence but I can put the brakes on more easily. No guilt. It is very helpful reading posts, science papers/ links and discussions and realising one is in always in good company on the forum.
I am very grateful.
