I really don't know... What attracted me to the fast diet was NOT having to count calories/points/syns on feast days. I'm feeling a little hard done by if I'm honest!! I know I've had too much refined sugar lately but I wasn't having ANY before... In fact I'm thinking of going back to no sugar to see if that helps? The weight doesn't seem to be budging & it's driving me insane! I have a wedding in the summer and I'm panicking! I have lost 1 1/2 st on my previous plan but then it stopped... Got another 3 1/2 st to go. Carbs do seen to use a lot of calories? Argh I'm no help!! X

Hi Pumpkin, you have done so well, well done for losing that one and a half stone. Im afraid i'm no help but I did see on one of the threads in the 'nerdy' part of the forum,about how weight loss can plateau after losing 10 percent of body weight.I cant remember what advice re kick starting the weight loss though. Hoping one of our wonderful 'nerdy' colleagues might pick this up and point you in right direction :smile:

Thanks for this info Dominic, I will go and have a thorough look at my diet and see where I can improve to maximise weight loss.

Thank you. It's a bit of a minefield!! I like the idea of not counting but def need to go back to sugar free as that's what sets my taste buds off!
