If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

4th Fast Day done & dusted !!

Today has been great, had cucumber, carrot and celery at lunch and just had an m and s cottage pie and peas, followed by a low fat mousse all within 500 cals.

The hunger was very easy to control today and I am not dreading Thursday's fast at all :oops:

I even walked to work today as it was such a nice day which took 40 mins so have walked for 1.5 hours today what with walking the dogs as well! I am determined to shift this weight!!

Hiya!
Not bad at all :) had my dinner of salad and a Linda McCartney veggie Kiev, it was scrummy and really filling
Only downside was OH pointed out that wine in fridge from weekend would need to be thrown if not drunk, so had a small one, but to be honest, I did not enjoy it at all!!!
Decided to fast also today, as have a course tomorrow where lunch and copious amounts of coffee and biscuits/cakes are available!!
