my name's Nicola, I'm 26 and a mother of 2 girls. I would like to drop about 7 lbs and generally improve my health. I work in a book shop so have had a good read of all kinds of diet books that have arrived in the past 5 years without really trying any but was very interested in trying this one. it seems the only way to lose weight that doesn't require me to be miserable and starving all the time. I'm not a huge eater anyway but love takeaways, chocolates and all the things that aren't great for me. so I want to be able to eat foods that really benefit me on my fasting days.
