For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Well, I survived my first fast day, yesterday, I had a lovely headache towards the end. I worked out I fasted for 33hours, but can it be called fast when I had broth, herbal tea, skim tea, 27g oats and cinnamon 2 eggs and 249 g of bean mix with sweet chilli sauce.

Now onto feast day, had skim milk capacino (homemade) bowl of goodness super foods heart 1st with flaxseed strawberries and small banana and skim milk.

Lunch was italian oregano bread 6" subway chicken classic with thin salami and heaps of salad and mega doses of jalapeño. and a gloria jeans chai latte small.

Should I take it easy for tea? Tea should be loads of green veggies and lean protein??
The idea of this way of eating is that you can (within reason) eat what you like on "feast" days so if what you fancy is lots of green veggies and protein then have that. Provided you are eating around your TDEE (check out the link in the Resources topic) then you will lose weight and inches over time.
