If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!
I am a fairly recent recruit myself. I did really well on my first week and lost 4lbs but blew it last week as I had trouble fitting in my fast days and did lots of socialising. I put 3lbs back on! Back on track yesterday and my second fast day of the week tomorrow. Glad you found you were not that hungry. I find I am usually ravenous but keep going because I think "I can eat what I like tomorrow" which really helps - that and drinking lots of sparkling water and black coffee
