If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

First Day Done

Just coming to the end of my first fast day (breakfast and evening snack approach) and have not found it as tough as I thought, but I have kept myself busy and drunk loads of water. Thursday is my next one which I think could be tougher, but I will get though it. I love the whole concept of this approach (I like a bit of science) and it makes so much sense.

Love this approach too - hard and fast rules with no wriggle room!!!! I have done 3 fast days and was able to get through by just remembering that tomorrow I can eat what I want. Its the prospect of a lifetime of denial of other diets that does me in every time.
