Introduce Yourself!

Our Frequently Asked Questions topic will answer many of your fasting & weight loss questions!

If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Not Hungry!!!
30 Jan 2013, 15:35
Hi.. So I did my first fast yest & altogether I was 36 hours with only 500 calories.. So today I expected to be mega hungry but I'm not.. It's now 1530, I've been up since 0430am for work, had brekkie at 0630 so by now I'm usually ravenous!!.. But I'm not.. I'm forcing myself to eat some homemade spicy tomato pasta right now which I find really strange as when I'm on the early shift I'm hungry all day & craving sugary things to keep me going.. But not today!!! Thought with it being a feeding day I'd want allsorts but I don't.. Not that I'm complaining!!!
