For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hiya.
Today is the first day I have heard about this diet. Found this forum and am really looking forward to giving this a go. I have never calorie counted before so its going to be a steep learning curve. Loving some of the recipe ideas i have come across too. Xxxxx :P

Hello and welcome

I thought the calorie counting would be tough too but as it is only twice a week when you have to restrict calories I find it a lot easier than I thought. I use an online calorie counter to keep track on fast days and find it easier for me to keep it simple and fairly repetitive on my "fast" days. Good Luck!
