Introduce Yourself!

Our Frequently Asked Questions topic will answer many of your fasting & weight loss questions!

If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

2 days done!!!
31 Jan 2013, 18:26
Hi there

Started on Tuesday evening at 6.00 p.m. but had 600 calories yesterday and have had about 400 today, but waiting for dinner to cook and will start my eating again tonight. I have only done two consecutive days this week as it fitted in, but next week will do either a 5:2 or 4:3, spreading the fasting days out. Also I have spread my calories out over the last 2 days, but I am going to try just having a main meal in the evening next week! Wish me luck - I'll report back at the end of next week to let you know how I get on.

My question is - can we have an acronym page?? I keep coming across all these letters and haven't a clue what they mean - e.g. WOE, OH etc etc. It'd really help me. :?:
