I'm Clare and my hubby and I have just started the 5:2 plan. First fast days were Monday and Thursday and they went well. Luckily we both were busy at work so not much time to think about food!
Really enjoyed skinny soup between us as a starter, followed by poached egg, beans, mushrooms and tomatoes as our main course. Lots of water too.
I've been reading posts from others re BMI etc, mine is in the normal range however I do want to lose a few Christmas lbs; this is a healthy way to eat and the health benefits seem to be so worth it.
