Hello! Starting Tuesday.....

Hi everyone.

I'm going to give this way of eating a try. My fast days will be Tues and Thurs. I've done many diets over the years but never stuck to them in the long term and
so I am now the heaviest I've ever been :(
I really hope I can get through the fast days!! Will let you know how I get on.

Welcome! I understand your fear, but it really does get easier. I know it's hard to trust strangers on this one, but we wouldn't be here if we thought it was awful.

What gets me through the fast day is knowing I can have that *whatever* tomorrow. :-)

Well I'm officially on my first fast day. So far so good. Yes I do feel hungry but im drinking water and its not too bad.
I'm saving my 500 cals for one meal this evening.
