I'm slowly getting back on track now - did one week properly (2 fasts) and lost what I'd put back on, then 2 weeks with only one fast due to social obligations (but that's what I like about this diet - doing one fast doesn't seem to derail me and keeps me at least maintaining). Back to two this week and looking forward to the numbers on the scale starting to go down again!
My goal is to lose about 3 1/2 stone.
