For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

A Good start!

Hi Everyone!

I started the 5:2 diet last Monday after reading The Fast Diet book over the weekend. I saw the Horizon show last year but was doubtful whether I could cope with fasting. Anyway, I fasted last week on Tuesday and Thursday....and it was actually OK. I didn't feel crazy with hunger and I lost 2lbs. So, I'm going to give this a go as nothing else seems to work for me and I'm desperate to shift the extra fat that has expecially settled on my middle.

Hi & welcome Muffintop! Fasting mays eem daunting at first but it gets easier every time. You're doing great already and those sort of results are always great for keeping you on track.

It's such a liberating lifestyle - no more guilt about 'treats', no more worrying & weighing every day. Couldn't be happier!

How do I put my tracker onto my posts? I've filled in the details but can't seem to find a way to put it on....mmmmm....maybe I'm being a bit thick.
