For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hey guys, Dano here and just to say started last week at 84kg and this morning was exactly 83kg so one kilo lighter on third fast day today had a banana at lunchtime and rice and two small grilled lamb chops for tea but to be honest it was hard today but stuck to the plan dan the man?
