If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

First fast completed

My first fast went well and I really thought I had eaten more than I should. Said to myself 'don't worry, do better next Thursday'. Then I could not resist weighing myself and I had lost one & three quarter pounds! I know, its all water, although I drank far more water than usual. Not really hungry this morning but didn't sleep well. Looking forward to the next fast.

Well done Maybug77 completing your first fast.
I also didn't initially sleep well after fasting but I think eating most calories for dinner & having a small glass of milk before bedtime really helped me last night so try that. It is so pleasing to succeed at trying something or the first time.
