Just recently been looking into the 5:2 "diet" after a couple of people I know have lost over a stone.
My weight has crept up over the last year thanks to a more sedentary lifestyle after leaving traipsing London all day behind me to work from home. That and giving up smoking put about 2 stone on
I'm going to start my first fast day tomorrow and do a proper measure and weigh in tonight but at 5'5" I'm about 13 stone so would like to lost 3 stone if possible. I'd be really happy with 2 stone loss though and have just bought an exercise bike for the spare bedroom so will crack on with that tonight!
I'd be keen to hear from anyone who's lost around the 2 stone mark so I can get some motivation for this!
