I'm training at the moment for the Cambridge half marathon in March and hoping I manage to lose weight and improve my general well being. I managed a 10 mile run last Sunday and although I ached on Monday I hope come the event I'll be able to complete the course (I won't break any records, but finishing is an achievement).
