my first week of 5:2 and feeling quite excited about all this. I only came across the fast diet and Michael Mosley's ideas in a supplement in last week's Radio Times. Watched the programme on the web and I am fascinated by what seems to be significant health and weight loss benefits from a fairly a simple, straighforward change in lifestyle. I have been a 'dieter' for many years, struggled with the various diets around, eat pretty healthily but probably too much and too often for my age(nearly 60). My weight has been constant now for around 5 years, but at my heaviest I've ever been, and need to lose around 2 and a half stone.
Looking forward to less of me, small packages and all that (!), time will tell.
