Hi
Tomorrow will be my first fast day & im wondering what I can have for breakfast that others have found keeps them feeling full untill dinner time - im planning breakfast at 07.00 and dinner at 19.00.
Any suggestions as I dont think I could keep all my calories for one evening meal

Thank you

Hi Catherine, and welcome.

I don't have breakfast myself, but I know that some people like porridge made with water or a 50/50 water and milk mix. Others also have eggs as they are full of protein and keep you feeling fuller for longer.

I'm sure someone will be along soon with other ideas. :)

I usually have two rashers of bacon and an egg. Personally I've found that the protein stops me from getting hungry too quickly.

I have only done 2 fasts so far but this morning I had low fat yogurt and frozen berries (they were defrosted by the time I got to work), total of 100 kcal. Delish

Good luck for tomorrow!

Egg white omelettes are great. Each egg white is only 16 calories! This morning I had one with spinach, a slice of wafer thin ham, a little Tabasco and salt and pepper. Even with a few sprays of fry light it worked out as 58 calories and is nicely filling

I love the egg white omelette idea and I go for protein too. Quick question do you buy the egg white in cartons or separate the eggs yourself and keep the yolks ?
