Our Frequently Asked Questions topic will answer many of your fasting & weight loss questions!

If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Any Sunday weighers?
10 Feb 2013, 11:55
Well I can at last register a weight & inches loss on my tracker. I am at the end of my second week & four fasts. I have lost 2 lbs & 4 inches from my waist & 1 inch from my bust & hips. I have been dieting prior to joining this forum with Rosemary Conley's online site but this is much easier & I have lost weight despite going to friends for lunch where I happily ate, nibble, dips, quiche, baked potato with butter, cheese, chocolates & of course several glasses of wine! So I must have consumed over 2800 calories when I tried to calculate it but soon gave up. On my eating days I do still keep track & try to eat below 1500. I did make the mistake of weighing myself mid-week & had lost 3 lbs so I suppose my new mantra should be "Don't weigh after a fast day"!
I hope all you Sunday weighers have had a good day too.

That makes me feel a bit better - I ate loads yesterday on an "up" day so dread to think how many calories it was! Actually I think I feel better on "down" (calorie restricted) days so need to be a bit more careful on the "normal" eating days. Haven't started eating yet today -trying to wait until 1-2pm.

Hi, as per other post I weighed this morning, after 2 'feast' days where I have well and truly feasted! I lost a pound (pound off last week too) and after 2 weeks have lost an inch off my waist.

Just had a roast dinner and feel very full now - looking forward to fasting tomorrow!
