Having found this diet on the internet I did a bit of research and brought the book and decided to try it. Its my first fast day today had something about 2ish feeling hungry now as OH is cooking his tea. I have another meal planned but trying to control hunger first drinking lots of water. How is everyone else doing on there fast day? Has anyone had good weight loss without doing exercise as for medical reasons I can not exercise.
