I've lost nearly 3 stone over the last two years with weight watchers although more recently I've moved more to a general healthy eating plan because I find working out my points every day a bit tedious but find the weigh ins keep me motivated to keep on track!
I've got about 7 pounds to go to get to my goal weight and I'm hoping that 5:2 will help me get there and more importantly help me to maintain a healthy weight and get all the health benefits too.
I still haven't quite decided how to divide up my fasting days so I'll have to see how it goes I think. I've just finished reading the book so I'm feeling quite motivated and I'm going to have a look through this board to get some ideas.
Really looking to this week.
