If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Over the last 10 years my weight has slowly crept on especially since having 2 kids. Over the last few years I have yo-yo dieted and as a busy full-time working mum I always give up because it's just so hard to keep on track 7 days a week. I have only just heard of the fast diet and I think this could really work for me, and this is something I could stick to, not just for the short term so fingers crossed. 2 and a half stone to lose, wish me luck :)

Hiya, I'm also new and doing my first proper fast day tomorrow. I'm currently thinking about how to plan my 500 cals out and am wondering if I can manage to wait till a meal in the evening and just have drinks in the daytime.
