That's great. Pleasant surprises all round on day one then it seems. My next fast day is Wednesday. I hope it goes as well as today. Keep up the good work, Sheena (and co). :-)
I suffered with anxiety for the first couple of weeks, for two reason I think. Firstly I was brought up on three square meals a day, at set times of the day, no matter what. Secondly, I have always been anti fad diets and this almost feels like a fad diet. After the two weeks passed I felt much more in control of food and as I observed skinny work mates they don't eat unless they are hungry. The more I read, this is no fad diet this is something special. Week 5, fast day today, kids on holiday and eating donuts. I've had about 400 cals at tea time and that will be me for the day. Not too difficult at all.

Totally with you on the anti 'fad diet' thing. This, from what I can see, is a lifestyle change for the better. Early days yet but I am feeling optimistic. Good to hear you are not finding it difficult now. :)
