If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Started today - first fast

Hi

First post, firs fast, so far so good.

I've decided to keep all my calories for my main meal tonight as I am a natural scoffer - why eat one Mars Bar out of the the pack when I can eat all four. I hold the office record. Not something to be particularly proud of I guess.

Anyway, I'd like to lose the 14lbs I have put on in the last 9 months after meeting my new partner and the 6lbs I was supposed to lose in the first place!!

Good luck! I also try to keep all my calories for the evening meal, drinking only black tea and water during the day. I am on my fifth fast day, third week, and using the forum to distract myself from feeling hungry just because it's lunchtime!
