Hello everyone,
I dont usually do forums as a friend of mine had a nasty experience a few years ago and it put me off a bit. Anyway, here I go!
I started this new healthy strategy 3 week ago and today is my 6th fast. So far I have lost 7 lbs and 7 cm off my waise - brilliant. I have to sat that constipation has been somewhat of an issue (am I allowed to talk about bowels? :oops: , after all I am British)Anyway, all sorted now (I hope) A few friends and I are doing this together. We love the proclaimed health benefits and are really very excited by the possibilities.

Sorry to hear about your friend's nasty experience :( But there's no need to be concerned about being a member of the forums here, we're a friendly bunch and only want to help & support you :)

Sounds like you're doing great so far, and it's wonderful you've got friends doing it alongside you. Do you all do the same days too?

Another new member was just posting about the constipation issue a moment ago, so it's good to know yours is sorted out now. I guess it's just a case of the body adjusting to the new way of eating. I never had that problem when I started thankfully, but we're all different!
