Into 3rd Week

Hello all.

Started my third week today.

Big lad starting from 300lb but weighed in at 292lb this morning after 2 full weeks, so happy with what seems an easy pattern to follow.

On my fasting days, I get no where near 600cals....today just 270 cals.....I'm presuming this is ok?

Feel free to message or post to me...the more the merrier to keep the weight loss going.

Hi Lee & welcome to the forums :)

Congrats on your excellent weight loss in just a couple of weeks, that's fantastic! It really is an easy way to live, and it's great that you're finding yourself able to manage on less than half the calorie limit. There should be no problem with that at all as long as you don't feel unwell for it. The diet says 'up to 600', so if you have cals to spare all the better.

Hope it continues to go well for you :) Please feel free to add your data to the progress tracker system, as we're quite lacking in male stats! The stats are anonymous unless you specifically tell the system to display your stats in your post :)
