We watched the programme last year, and I flirted (briefly) with a couple of days fasting, but I'm the sort of guy who needs a bit more structure and a DIY diet plan didn't give that.
A couple of weeks ago, my wife bought us the fast diet book, and we agreed to give it a go.
After the third fast day everything seems OK, although I'm a bit disappointed that I've only lost one pound so far. I'm not disheartened though, and I have every intention of sticking with it.
Looking forward to there being significantly less of me...
