Good morning all

I've just found this forum from Dr Mosley's Twitter feed (something I've just started).

I've been on the 5:2 for just over five months now and have lost 21 pounds in that time - including mucho Christmas excesses!

Most of my updates have been on the Motley Fool website, the last one even being used in the book.

Welcome Snorvey & well done for keeping at 5:2 for so long. I've been on it since Horizon too and feel it's the only 'diet' (I hate that word in relation to this lifestyle) I can see myself sticking to in the long term.

I shall have to keep an eye out for the Mail on Sunday, I'd be interested to see your case study if it's in there :) If they put it on their website too, please do post a link for us all!
