For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Just a Quick Intro

I'm an expat Brit living in Cyprus, I'm 55 and male, been struggling with my weight pretty much all my life.

I started my first Fast day today after finding out about this different approach to weight loss a couple of days ago. It went well, black coffee all day and Cajun Chicken with a Grapefruit, Tomato and Feta Salad for supper tonight.

I certainly like the concept and assuming the results are as good as people are reporting, I think this is something I can do for life.
