So I'm in the evening of my 2nd day in my 2nd week. Yesterday was hard, I felt hungry all day so today I kept myself as distracted as possible and it seemed to help. I didn't eat until 6pm apart from half an apple this morning. Tummy's rumbling now so I'm going to bed soon. I weighed myself this morning and have lost 1 and a half pounds. Seems like a tiny amount but it's encouraging. I didn't weigh my portions last week and but have been this week and the portions are definitely smaller than I'd been guessing last week and as a result all my weight loss has been in the last 48 hours. So my advice is put everything you eat on a kitchen scales! Thanks for listening, C in LA

Are you fasting 2 days in a row? If so, that's very hard to do. You might want to consider spreading the days out!
