If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Just signed up. Found this forum when Googling for "low calorie crispbreads", and there's a whole forum here!

I'm not sure which fasting method I'm going to be using yet. I have a 3 week window to get started, which will also see me increasing my physical activity too. So I'm going to have a read through this forum now :)

Welcolm to the forum @doolols. Between us years of experience and many kilograms lost so feel free to ask. My suggestion is to take measurements, not only rely on your weight, and use the tracker to keep you going.
