My overall health has definitely improved. My TMJ is sporadic and is often related to tension as I must clench my jaw. The biggest improvement for me has been in joint pain (knees and feet) partly because of weight lost (although I've got a long way to go) but also because I. Started doing Walkactive (joanna hall) which meant moving into barefoot style shoes. The best thing ever! Hope the TMJ clears up soon. It is truly awful pain.
