Underactive Thyroid
18 Feb 2013, 14:23
Hi, I have an underactive thyroid and started the 5:2 just over a week ago and I have already seen a difference. I haven't weighed myself but my clothes are starting to feel loose and I just feel better in myself. I'm also not as sluggish. I'm so pleased to have found a diet, that seems to work. :)
