My daughter-in-law is trying for a baby and had been diagnosed with PCOS. She is not overweight and the problem only came to light after she came off the pill and had been trying for a year so conceive. She is now on fertility treatment, an injection of some sort (I don't know what kind yet as she hasn't said). I would like to know if there is any information out there about insulin resistance and PCOS because I think there is a link and if there is then this diet might help her a lot. I would appreciate any help in that direction.
