Just in case other PA sufferers pop on I just thought I'd share my experience. I've been doing 5:2 for 7 weeks now. I'm also a week off getting my next jab so I started this in an ok period for me. Sublinguals definitely help stop my worse symptoms normally but I've had nowhere near the problems I get normally. I'm sure its down to 5:2. I have crashed now and am suffering the constant headaches, complete lethargy, idiocy (like shaving with the cap still on the razor *ahem*) etc but this would have happened weeks ago in normal circumstances. I don't think 5:2 is normally touted as something that helps PA but it really seems to be helping me. I started this to lose weight but anything that helps my PA is going to be the biggest winner for me.
