not sure if this is the right place to put this question  . i started the diet last week after my 3rd fasting day i had to have a blood test which came back as my white blood cells were low, would fasting the day before my bloodtest have had that effect ?

I'd say that it's highly unlikely as I don't think your white blood cell count would change that quickly.

https://www.mayoclinic.com/health/low-w ... ION=causes gives a mile long list of possible causes, although "malnutrition" is one of them I doubt a short spell of IF would count as chronic malnutrition.
