2014 weigh in!
31 Dec 2014, 14:38
OK so I've been rather lax on the monthly weigh ins, having been really busy with other things, but how about a 2014 weigh in...your entry (1st Jan) and exit (31st Dec) weights for 2014? You can also report waist and body fat if you have the numbers. We should get some impressive figures!

Here's mine:
Here's my 2014 report:
Entry weight (trend): 70 kg; 73.5 cm waist; 33.6% fat
Exit weight (trend): 64 kg; 70 cm waist; 29.1% fat
Highest weight 70.6 kg
Highest weight since reaching target (65 kg) in May: 65.1kg (yesterday )
Lowest weight 62.4 kg

A good year all in all!

Very pleased. Maintaining since the summer. And not weighing very often now, about once every three weeks on average.
16/8 and 1-2 fasts a week.

I got rather blasé and stopped fasting during late summer and I put on nearly half stone, but then found two very special buddies @Ieramul and @stephd who helped me get back to my goal weight.

Goal weight 9st 7lb (60.33kg)

Entry weight 7th Jan 2014 - 9st 6.75lbs (60.21kg)

Exit weight 31st Dec 2014 - 9st 9lb (61.23kg)

Highest weight 15th Sept 2014 - 9st 13.5lb (63.28kg)

Lowest weight 28th Nov 2014 - 9st 5.5lb (59.65kg)

Dec 31, 2013 - 259 lbs
Dec 31, 2014 - 238lbs
Down 21 lbs for the year.
My waist measurement however is still 48", down from 53", but I anticipate it dropping more in 2015 as my goal is to develop a consistent walking & hiit routine.
Happy new year everyone! Continued success in 2015.

Lowest weight 4 December - 48.5

The main benefit being the weight I haven't gained since 2012.

After embarking on a fasting WOL in 2011, here's my 2014 report. NB: I was previously in maintenance at my original goal weight but decided to address a body fat goal so I left maintenance and went back into weight change mode for some of 2014:

Entry weight: 124lbs/56.2kg; 25-6" /63-66cm waist; 30%+ fat
Exit weight: 106lbs/48.2kg; 23-4"/58-60cm waist; 23% fat
Highest weight : 124lbs
Lowest weight: 105lbs

Entered on 62.5 kg
Stayed within maintenance range all year, minimum 62.0 kg, max 63.5 kg.
End of year on 63.5, including a small X-mas bonus of 1 kg.

Entry weight when starting 5: 2 WOL (27/01/13): 12 stone 2.5 pounds
Reached target (07/07/13): 10 stone 7 pounds maintained until the end of September '13 then stopped for three months
Second time around entry weight (05/01/14): 11 stone 6.5 pounds
Reached target (09/03/14) for the second time!: 10 stone 7 pounds
Highest weight since reaching maintenance this year (06/07/14): 10 stone 12.5 pounds - after returning from a 14 day cruise!
Lowest weight (15/06/14): 10 stone 3.5 pounds - just before going on a cruise!
Exit weight (31/12/14): 10 stone 12.5 pounds
My 5:2 journey has been a bumpy one (as can be seen from my Tracker) but I am starting 2015 at a lower weight than in 2014 and in 2014, I started at a lower weight than in 2013. For me this is a success!

Here's mine:

Weight Dec 31 2013 71.8kg, body fat 37.9%, waist measurement 76cm
Dec 31 2014 61.5kg , body fat 28.7%, waist measurement 66cm.

I've even impressed myself! :-)

January 10, 2014: 99 pounds
December 31, 2014: 98.5 pounds
Total variation over all (mostly weekly) weighings: 5 pounds, 3 below goal, 2 above
Satisfaction level with this aspect of my life: :star: :star: :star: :star: :star:
MY WEIGHT THIS FIRST MORNING OF 2015 IS EXACTLY GOAL -- 98 POUNDS. BMI - 22
I have maintained through an entire year. I am at a weight right in the middle of the normal range for my height. I would have thought this completely impossible two years ago. Why didn't Dr. Mosely invent and publicize this WOE 30 years ago???

And mine...
Having thought I was 'at target' last year on 1 Jan at 154lbs (and I was delighted!) I have dropped to 144lbs over the year, without even trying.

My lowest over the year was 141lbs and I usually weigh in between 142/143lbs.
So, 10lbs or so lost between last year and today. 70lbs gone in total, though, mainly on 5 2.
Thank you @moogie for this forum and for everyone's support, friendship and encouragement!
